Biography

Avrohom Oratz was previously the Corporate Controller of Platinum Human Resource Management, a full-service human resource services firm with offices in New York, Florida, Alabama, and California. As Controller, Mr. Oratz designed and implemented a comprehensive fraud protection program, with processes and procedures that protect clients' financial integrity. Moreover, Mr Oratz has been a keen technology investor for a number of years, with a personal passion for gadgets and next generation technologies.

Josh Yifat was previously a Vice President with the Managed Futures Department of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC ("MSSB"), a premier global wealth management firm. Mr. Yifat was involved in the accounting and financial and regulatory reporting of approximately 40 managed futures funds with assets under management in excess of $6.5 billion. Prior to joining MSSB in November 2007, Mr. Yifat was employed by KPMG LLP, an audit, tax and advisory firm, (from November 2002) as a senior auditor and performed audits of various financial services organizations including hedge fund and private equity funds and whose duties included reviewing the valuation of portfolio investments including equities, fixed income securities and private placements and reviewing the calculation of management fees and incentive fees. Mr. Yifat received a BS in Accounting from Touro College in 1995.

Helen Papagiannis has been working with Augmented Reality (AR) for nearly a decade with a focus on storytelling and creating compelling experiences in AR. Prior to joining Infinity AR, Helen was a designer and Senior Research Associate specializing in AR. She has presented her interactive work and PhD research at global conferences and invited events including TEDx (Technology, Entertainment, Design), ISMAR (International Society for Mixed and Augmented Reality) and ISEA (International Symposium for Electronic Art). Helen's TEDx 2011 talk was featured among the Top 10 Talks on Augmented Reality and Gamified Life. Prior to her augmented life, Helen was a member of the internationally renowned Bruce Mau Design studio where she was project lead on “Massive Change: The Future of Global Design”, an internationally touring exhibition and best-selling book examining the new inventions, technologies, and events changing the world.

Moshe Hogeg is a serial Technology Entrepreneur and a strong influence in a number of innovative startups over the last few years. Moshe is currently CEO and Founder of Mobli: a real-time visual media platform made up of subject-based channels such as people, places and topics. Mobli enables users to see the world through other people's eyes. There's no doubt that social media has taken the world by storm. However, let's face it, social media was born in a pre-smart phone era. Mobli has created a website integrated to iPhones, Android & Blackberry apps that unlock the power of social media enabling people to quickly and easily share & experience events via high-quality videos and photos uploaded on-location and in real-time. The Board believes that Mr. Hogeg's experience in managing technology related enterprises will be beneficial to the Company as it implements its expansion into the newly emerging field of augmented reality.

Abraham Lowy has an extensive law practice representing corporate real estate investors in the acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial and retail properties, including office buildings, condominium developments, shopping centers, nursing homes, and warehouses. Mr. Lowy also counsels clients in matters pertaining to banking and financing transactions, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, construction loans, and credit facilities. Mr. Lowy received his JD from Brooklyn Law School, and is admitted to the bars of the states of New York and New Jersey.

Chaim Loeb has been an insurance broker since 1994. He serves as the President of Loeb Insurance Brokerage and Cornell Insurance Services. He holds Life and Health insurance licenses from the State of New York, and is a graduate of the Rabbincal College Zichron Moshe of New York.

Sy Stern, Esq., CPA - Currently a Tax Manager at AIG and a Managing Member of the Stern Professional Group LLC, a consulting group focused on complex tax and legal matters, and a partner in the law firm of Stern and Stern LLP, Stern began his career in private tax and accounting in 1998. In 1999 he joined the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York where he quickly advanced to manager. In 2006, he began work as a Tax Manager for Ernst & Young, LLP and in 2007 he became a partner in the law firm of Polter and Stern, LLP. During his career he has also functioned as chief financial officer for BC-XE, LLC, a real estate development joint venture. Stern, 38, earned his J.D. at New York Law School and his MBA in Accounting at Pace University - Lubin School of Business. He is a member of good standing in the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.
